Daniel Rodríguez served in the United States Marine Corps from 2001-2004. Afterwards, he earned a Bachelor's in History from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and a Master's from St. John's University. From 2009-2010 he worked at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum. In 2011 he started at NARA, first as an archives specialist and then as an archivist, with the Richard Nixon Presidential Library and Museum. His focus there was working on the Nixon White House Tapes. Initially, in helping QC the final Chronological Release, and since 2013 with the digitization, declassification, review, and release of the Nixon White House Tapes. That work continued when the unit was moved to the National Declassification Center in 2018. Currently, he is the Supervisory Archivist for Digitization Archival Services at the National Archives in Washington, DC.
