I am part of a team that digitizes collections at the Church History Library in Salt Lake City, Utah. I have a BFA in Photography from Weber State University. I have experience in antique, alternative, and modern photographic processes. I have experience in the archival conservation of books, documents, artifacts, and photographs. I have experience in the acquisitioning and deaccessioning of collections in an institutional setting.
I do research, and collect, in the areas of Western Expansion and the history of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I am currently working on several books as a volume editor. I am also working with a local Native American tribe to photograph a historical site they are preserving.
I have interned, or been employed, by the following institutions and organizations: The Mary Elizabeth Dee Shaw Gallery Special Collections, Weber States University, The BYU Museum of Paleontology, Sons of the Utah Pioneers, and the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers.
