In addition to 15 years of cataloging experience and nearly a decade working as a manager, Jennifer served as a metadata librarian/liaison for the Technical Services Division at Indiana University Libraries. She has chaired national committees on library metadata standards and the education of catalogers. Her research interests include identity management, metadata strategy, visual literacy, and the intersection of all of the above with cataloging work.
