Mary Bakija
I completed my MSLIS this past May at the Pratt Institute School of Information with an Advanced Certificate in Archives. Most recently, I was a New York Art Resources Consortium (NYARC) Web Archiving Fellow at the Frick Art Reference Library, where I conducted
research on what obstacles keep scholars from using web archives in their work. I'm interested in working to improve the access to and use of such digital resources, and am looking for opportunities that allow me to combine my background in digital preservation with my reference and instruction
experience. I'm currently working on freelance writing and editing projects, and volunteering with the
Prison Library Support Network (PLSN).
