I'm an early career digital archivist that is fairly new in my position at a non-profit law firm. The archive I'm representing has only been around since 2015 and we're building from the ground up. Looking to make connections with people in similar institutions (special libraries/archives) who have gone through the growing pains and can provide helpful advice, tools and solutions.
From a personal perspective, I'm an African-American in this field and would like to connect with other diverse members of SAA and the profession. I'm also looking to develop my skills in digital archives/file/document management and email archiving. Would also like to meet other archivists who call either NYC or DC home.
